We offer group classes for ages 4 & up, they are divided by age and rank, up to three times per week.
Regardless of age or rank, one can always benefit from the individual instruction, preparing for the next tournament, getting ready to test or simply to keep challenged at whatever pace the student is ready to go!.

routines and will become stronger as result. The constant training and drilling will allow your mind and body to instantly react to an attack.
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self-defense.
